@Mat Schaffer [via] - actually having it hang off the end was the first draft, but the hat ended up looking like a stingray fish/sea animal, which wasn't quite the look I had envisioned. I might not be very good at graphics, but I'm confident stingrays are not in the equation. Pretty confident.

Hot! Have you considered hanging the mortarboard off the end of the rails “track”? It could help give the logo a bit of Dr. Nic-style whimsy But hey I’m no artist. Looks great!
