Migrating legacy apps is a real pain, did you use Nic's magic model generator to help you migrating your Model, or did you start from scratch? Also what's your next move? The thing that amazes me to this day, and amazed a lot of the audience is the distinct lack of mongrels that run the site, and that the disc cache is just fine for us atm.
