MyConfPlan sale – less than 12 hours to go
The auction for MyConfPlan has less than 12 hours to go. Currently the auction is now at $500 USD ($600 Australian dollars) and I’m sure it will go higher by the end.

As it turns out, the winner plans to open source it, so we can still have fun with it.
That’s great about open sourcing it. I was the third place bidder and had the exact same plan.
Anybody know what happened to this? I was really looking forward to using it this year to see what other people (such as Dr. Nic) were going to, to help me plan my schedule. O’Reilly’s copycat scheduler isn’t nearly as useful as myconfplan was.
I’m assuming now that nothing will happen with the site, which is unfortunate. Doubly unfortunate is that I’ll not be at RailsConf this year as the date clashes with the birth of child #2. I was told I can’t go to RailsConf because of this. Patooey.
